have you ever seen the DAKAR ???

Ok...the Argentinian part that has no sand....only stones and gravel.

TUCUMAN (the dry part of it, the rest is a forest), Argentina

This is the "wet" part of Tucuman....note that there is no road...just open have to just ride safe...and looking where you put your front tyre...

And this is...Catamarca..i Think...also in NE Argentina.

This si actually a mountain...but you cannot see were the drop starts...
RUTA PROVINCIAL 21 - from EL SOBERBIO - to Colonia FORTALEZA - 70 km of this....Misiones, Argentina..

Ok, it doesn't look much like a motorcycle but here's another shot... this "bike was built from scrap angle iron (some of it salvaged from bed frames) the tracks were cut from desktops from an abandoned schoolhouse..The bike was built to ferry parts and sometimes people to and from the mines around Leadville Colorado during the 50's (and also for a little fun)
BTW, this pic is of Harv Copper, the builder/owner of the bike. I believe it was sold by his son to a rancher near Walden but I've never been able to track it further than that. If anyone has any information about the machine or it's whereabouts I, as well as the Copper family would be interested in hearing it... Thanks!
