Hey Valkyrie riders, I am thinking of giving up the dualsport ride and trying a power cruiser. From what I have read the valk would fit the bill for a reasonbly comfortable, head turning, grin inducing power cruiser. The vtx1800 is also a candidate. If any of you guys/gals are ready for something a little lighter and less thirsty I would be willing to do a partial trade for a nice Valkyrie. Here is the link to my flea market classified.

I get good steady mileage whatever speed I choose from my Rune but the F650gs Dakar got me to a bed every night last month from California to Rio for Carnaval 2012 and didn't strain the hoist onto the 'steel rat'.

Howdy fellow Valk riders.. Long time member of the VRCC, finally decided to venture out a bit more. Been reading the RR's here for a long time, thought about buying a dual sport in 04, but ended up with a divorce instead!! LOL

I don't post a lot, generally spend my time reading. My true love is my Valk, guess it will be for a long time. But, I may get a little (bike) on the side.

As long as you are NOT trail blazing they work OK ....
You just need to be careful....
