Sounds like a plan. I should probably get some big boy hand guards for the SE before we go attacking Evart. You've ridden with cracked ribs right? Mine are just bruised, its all good. Todd's leading on the 640 though...

Wait, is this a weekend ride, or just a day trip? Evart isn't exactly anywhere even remotely close to Detroit lol... that sounds like an overnighter to me. I'm still interested in going though; I could stay overnight at my parents place in Gladwin or something.

Evart is a 30 or so mile stretch of very rocky, very tight, very whooped out single track. Evart was mentioned as a joke, I hope. The part about me riding my 950 on it certainly must have been a joke. I have recently been wanting to ride some single track though.

Har.. yeah, some of the big dual sports might have trouble with that. I think I can handle it on the BRP, but we'll see.

I haven't taken her off road much yet, just down some dirt streets, but it seems to handle almost identical to my 81 YZ250H that I rode for 13 years, even though it's 80lbs heavier. Sure as heck doesn't seem like it. I was doing some donuts in the mud yesterday for fun on a nearby dirt road, and it seems to have some pretty good zing and roosting capability, and I'm running 50/50 tires with 50% tread at the moment. I'll be throwing on my new Kenda 760's this weekend.

We'll have to see how it goes. I was raised in Gladwin, so I'm used to tight single track. There's lots around the area up there... Meredith Grade, Leota, etc.

I once rode Evart with a flat front tire. So I had to wheelie through the whole thing. I would have finished way faster but Kennedy was in front of me and kept holding me back. I always told him "if you pass me, we're racing", but......you know.

...I'm always up for some trouble! I'm working on getting my bike ready for the season though, so it's currently in a million pieces, what date are you thinking?
