On the negative side, it makes it a lot harder to lean it over when the rear tire is substantially wider than the front (if the bike isn't designed for leaning over with a fat rear tire as delivered). |

I read a lot about that Bimota when it came out and met a fellow who had one. It was a very expensive and complicated answer to a question that (virtually) nobody asked, and even fewer people cared about the answer that Bimota came up with. |

I'd still kill a man to have one in the garage, preferably not a man I liked.

It certainly is a marvel to look at because of the precision machining on the thing, much nicer to admire as an art object than a CX500 Turbo or a CBX which were also overly complex attempts to answer a question that no one asked.

![]() Simple or complex I love mechanical things. Probably why the inside of my garage looks like a junkyard,.

Was actually about trying to separate suspension actions from steering. All Bimotas were on the expensive side. Kind of a statement more than just a bike. ![]()

It makes perfect sense being a funny looking street bike.
( I have one, so I'm allowed to call it funny looking.
