Just a few crispy parts no big deal. Just a few more dollars and it will be good as new. Lol

Of course any real vintage enthusiast hordes parts like the Mrs hordes girl scout cookies...
Spare heads and barrels in stock! One is ported and polished. ![]() Even found some new clutch discs at the bottom of a girl scout cookie box? ![]() Power valve covers, I'll use the best one. ![]() So have to order a piston and gasket kit and we'll be back on track. ![]()

I will lap it on a sheet of glass on some 400 emery cloth, I put blue Dykem on first to so I can see high or low spots. I think I'm going to use one of the other jugs and heads anyway though.

Thanks AJxr!
So I finally got the parts to finish it AGAIN. Ordered the Pro x piston kit from Motosport and the piston looked really cheap and the ring is half the thickness of the Wiseco that was in it. Oh well.... I sent the bad cylinder out to get redone so will have a new cylinder/piston sitting here ready to go. ![]() I lapped the head on a sheet of glass and some 150 emery paper just to clean it up. ![]() I sent out the other head to be "decked" along with the cylinder. ![]() So it's all assembled with new clutch plates, fresh oil as well as ANTIFREEZE IN THE RADIATOR. So aside from a test ride I am ready for the season!
