Doesn't Rider mag ouit of the uk do a test of most locks each year? Rates thems from 1 to 3 attack. 1 bending a big fucking sled hammer takes it out. 3 being you ll need power tools and this is going to be loud . I m guessing most of use never have taken a sled hammer to out lock just to see if they break. Myself I use the type of chain you find on big rigs to keep loads on. You can cut it with out 6 foot long bolt cuts. Also a 50 buck Master Lock.

That's too bad. When the news of their locks being picked with a BIC came out on the net, they were all over it, sending you a pre-paid mailer, free postage both ways, and a new lock. I had a heavy cable lock which they no longer carried. They gave me a new lock and the noose chain.

Once the news died down, I guess things changed.

I use the onguard beast 5016 at home, the lock I keep in my top box is Aprilia Iron Guard 10-150mm - AP8720, not as heavy as the onguard, very good design.
