I will give two guess attempts since no one will know it. It is off -limits to vehicles but I had the opportunity to ride in and help with a rescue. The patient had fallen off of a horse and didn't know where they were. This is one of the perks as a public safety official....using an ADV bike for rescue work.

I wasn't about to miss this opportunity!

This is not far from the Gorge Amphitheater and the closest lake is really "old" (clue). In fact the lake was once higher and mysteriously lowered itself and became three seperate lakes. It is hike in only now.

I have been waiting patiently to see somewhere I recognized and every time I have, someone else beat me to it!

Check out HH (on his DRZ 400) at the bottom of the picture. What pass is he going to be climbing momentarily? You can barely see it at the top of the picture. No fair prowling my SmugMug!
