I'm not afraid of hacking up a bike and welding and fabricating, but I've never stretched a frame before. i'm thinking of stretching it a few inches behind the head tube, that way I can retain the KX100 tank, radiator mounts, and pipe.
Don't do that-- if you want to steepen the head angle, look into modifying the suspension linkage to pitch the front triangle forward more. You are already talking about a custom swingarm; it could be as simple as moving the forward shock mount.
