It looks like the lower will hit on the higher before full suspension travel. Have you checked clearance?

You are right Greg ... the low fender collides the upper when on full suspension travel ... just checked that and I'm correcting the low fender with a slot to allow the upper fender beam under it to get through ... moving the upper fender higher is impossible due to restrictions of the front brake manifold position ... the position of the crossbeam holding the upper fender is still 30 mm from the top of the forks. Any ideas? ... Maybe investing on progressive fork springs could somehow prevent the bottoming.

thagua/roberto is doin gth eup nover technique that i advocated,,Wasp-man is doing a twin line set-up,,,,it requires some repositioning of th ejunction etc etc

i know how long Thaqua's line needs to be ,,will check with wasp-mans' high fender supports similar readings,,will know shortly

Fantastic job on the encoder mount Woody and team.

Silver or Black spacers, bush's, bosses, and billet disc mounts, or whatever is closest at hand and easiest for you guys.
I dont particularly mind as both would look great.

I tell you what, iv'e had my share of knockers about the silver wheels on the blue bike, but I am a little old fashion like that and think they are a better look than the black.
My Ducati originally came with spoke wheels and black rims. I changed them out for (considerably lighter) black Alloy rims:

And then had them painted and edges polished as you see below:


Each for their own I guess but I have thought many times about trying to find a silver Tenere owner to swap wheels with. Only problem there was that mine have had a few battle dings.

Man - I AM EXCITED as a kid in a candy store...

Cant wait for these to arrive Woody.
