Umm, no. The NT is basically a Shadow with a body bolted on, and is absolutely nothing like the NC.

Closest thing would be the same-platform maxi-scooter thing, the Integra.

Not yet, ORT. I think they are going to try it in Canada first.

Kawi did the same with the Versys 650 (and again this year with the Versys 1000 now) so it isn't unfathomable that we'll see it eventually.

Considering how well the W650 sold, I don't blame them. It's unfortunate, but the only way bike companies make money is by selling bikes.

Sounds really good, I like that the cat isn't in the muffler.

Center Stand

Another thing to consider over the Versys is the NC700X can get a center stand ... makes chain maintenance easier.

I am pretty impressed with the bike in this vid, understanding that the rider has some pretty good skills.

Still in a 3-way tug of war with a Versys, WeeStrom, and the NC700X. Glad I have a bit to figure it out.

Anyone ever wondered why the Europeans have so much better tests, magazines, and bikes than we do in the USA?

The Buellish under slung muffler is in the way. Not impossible to engineer one, but apparently their isn't the demand for an aftermarket solution.
