I think I could fight off the zombies pretty well.

If Skynet sends in the terminators though, I'm screwed.

Any decent zombie killing troupe needs a good sniper.

Don't notice any kind of flying, buzzing, zombies on THIS chart!?!

But you'd be picking some sort of Brute Force approach for Flying Zombies, even mosquito-type ones.

That sounds more like a terrible risky apocalypse inducing maneuver.

Setting Zombies free from their controlled environment can be extremely dangerous.

Resident Evil

BTW The chickee in Resident Evil did in fact ride a BMW. K1200R. She really looks better on a bike than I do.
When the zombies attack, I'm going to look her up. I need the 27 shooter
she took from John Wayne.

Forget blood splatter from desiccated Zombies. (Movie-makers frequently get science ... in particular Physics quite wrong). They're the Walking Dead . . . . so there is no heart action, and the blood congeals.

Time to study up ... History of Weapons:

Good examples of Infantry Weapons with reach, non-expendability (aka no reloading), and effectiveness, are these:

Quote:
Quarterstaff
The reason it was called a quarterstaff was in the way it was held with a quarter of the length of the weapon between the hands

As a battlefield weapon the quarterstaff would be an oak or ash pole of about eight or nine feet in length, with a circumference of about 4 and a half inches. It was a foot weapon of attack and defence. In attack it could be used for both the strike and the thrust. The pole would have been shod with iron at both ends. The weapon could be used at full range, or at very close range by changing the position of the hands on the pole. For hand to hand combat the quarterstaff was probably superior to the modern rifle and bayonet, and probably all rifle and bayonet whether modern or not.

Wing Chun long poles, aka the 6 1/2 point pole, Luk Dim Boon Kwan or Dragon Pole. - a 9-foot (2.7 m) pole

Infantry thrusting spears and pikes-
I encourage reading up in this field (too much to list & quote ... see the condensed quarterstaff stuff?)

Modern technology can take some effort out of the equation, and extend one's stamina. So, lets use mechanical-cutting over plain cutting & stabbing, eh?

Thus-

Stihl chainsaw- Telescopic HT75 Pruners

Quote:
Make it easier and safer to prune off Zombie Heads, for they can be cut without getting in close when using this "chainsaw on a pole". (amended Stihl copy)

"Look at that chainsaw reach! "

interchangeable Telescopic Cutting Heads

18v cordless chainsaw- Telescopic - (for those Stealth missions)

The Makita Cordless Electric Chainsaw Battery powered Chainsaw -with optional telescopic handle (and the new Bosch 36v cordless chainsaw) get even handicapped fighting crew members into the thick of the Zombie Defence action.

New Black & Decker NLP1800B 18V Cordless Alligator Lopper (Tool Only) - get even stubborn Zombie heads off, with stealth and precision!

Mobility (cutting edge, at that)
