Right you are - have a bracket front coming from KTM Twins.

Expect the bracket from KTM Twins any day, my folding mirrors are stuck in with my Touratech order that is being hauled from Germany by oxcart/canoe. Hopefully arrives before the bike is miled out and traded in....

Only issue is a bit of binding where the cable boot contacts the starter/killswitch assembly, but other than that, works great. I can see now that the additional step of switching the cable routing to the other (right) side of the steering head would make plenty of room for even the 2" risers.

All you need now is the blingy bar clamp from CJ to ice the cake.

My brake line seems fine.
The throttle cables are under a bit of bending pressure though, but not enough for me to worry about.

One thing that helped a bit was to snap off the small plastic guide that the cables run in just to the left of the steering head - provides a bit more slack for the throttle cables.

On my 990 the bending tension is right under the On/Off/Starter switch assy -

Same here - boot is a little too thick.

any chance you or anyone else could get a photo side on of where the bar goes into the riser and your front brake line? looks like there is a large gap between the bar and the riser... my risers arrived but have some issues - label on the front says 2" rise with a 1.75 clamp and 1 1/8 bar dia. label on rear says 1.75" rise and 1 1/8 clamp and bar a quick test fit and the clamp of the riser is a perfect for the bars BUT the radius in the riser is no where near so only 2 points of contact onto the bar = crap. Looks like i really have a 1 3/4 rise with a 1 1/8 stem and a 7/8 radius with a 1 1/8 top clamp would be interested to see what others also have. thanks for help ![]()
