The officer took the photo for me.

On my home from Louisiana, and yes, that's Mike's bike from this thread. The whole RR is here, but I'll be doing one on this site as well.

Cool2

The Police Academy here in Croatia organised Safe Driving school - a two day free course! In the end we went with motorised cops through the city up to the main square, to raise awareness of motorcycles in traffic! Now how cool is that?

Agreed. The very presence of the FYYFF patch and its placement above the LE patch, coupled with the rider being unshaven and overweight, would really make me doubt his bona fides as an LEO. Any attempted contact would likely result in me deciding to opt out.

What a great idea! The motorcops here in California like to keep their "elite" status-lol

I had a Black '11 'busa I used to get pulled over CONSTANTLY!! No tickets- just warnings at 120+ speeds. I have a clearance for my job and I was afraid that if I got busted for a ludicrous speed charge- I'd loose the security clearance (like a friend of mine did). So I traded it in on a Polaris RZR4. But it wasn't 6 months later and I was itchin' for the 'busa- so I bought an '11 in white. Funny- my driving habits haven't changed... I just don't seem to have police altercations on the white one.

BUT- if you're a 'busa pilot, you may want to look at: http://www.pashnit.com/product/adaptiv_radar.html

Has paid for itself like 10x over!

Our city just replaced their bikes with Victory's
My GSA in the back ground, there was no officer there to pose with it for me. But out bike cops are great guys and I hope they got the bikes they wanted.

Do they have big shoulder pads and tight spandex uniforms too?
