I've been checking in on this thread since December when I picked up my 1980 Cota 200 to try some vintage competition. I have about 14 acres but it is mostly a field that a local farmer hays so we don't have to mow it. I cut some trees for my father in law the past two weekends and today decided to put the spoils to use... nothing crazy just a little practice area near the house for now...
all of these obstacles are around the perimeter of the same patch of trees so I can enter/exit different ways.
Built this balance beam out of the straightest trunk I had...
Darryl the trials cat gives the beam a run... damn he is good!... a natural
At the back of this field there is about an acre of woods... I cut trails through for the enduro bikes and so my wife can get in with the golf cart to harvest the wild blackberries. When I get time and bored with the current set up I'll cut some side trails and drop some trees for some new practice areas.
Monte on the back trails...
