I have a lot going on including-
Fabbing up a mount for the rear rack to hold 2 1 gallon Rotopax fuel tanks (cardboard template) - Installed a CJ Designs bar "cover" - Things to do before Moab (next week) - finish making GPS/Radar detector dash mount & complete wiring - mount new Mefo Rear & MT-21 front tires - create mounts for Mermite Panniers - Install Black Dog Skid Plate - Install euro headlight - install rear brake lever kevlar engine protection

Replaced front (16T) sprocket @ 11070 kms:
Not overly worn, but was starting to "shark": ![]() Went fairly smoothly - simply removed the rear wheel (provide chain slack, room to work), pulled the clutch slave, sprocket cover, and chain guard, unbent the retaining washer, and unscrewed the countershaft bolt. When re-assembling, put a little grease on the splines, and blue locktite on the threads.... The HOW http://www.ktm950.info/how/Orange%20...ins_index.html as always was immensely helpful

Because it's shorter than stock, there's more wind on the helmet, but unlike the stocker, it's a nice steady push as opposed to the paint shaker machine type of buffeting I was used to. Almost no wind to speak of on the chest - that big kicker at the top makes a huge difference.

I made a GPS mount for my Garmin 276C, and I included a shelf for a radar detector -
Back- Front- Mounted to the top of the dash -
