Nice pics.
The bike looks Awesome. ![]() Hiking 600m up the Stawamus Chief is worth the sore muscles afterwards. I once watched somebody climbing the face at night with a headlamp ![]() There is a move on to push a road through from Squamish to Powell River. |

I like stopping and watching the climbers scale the face of the Chief. I will bring my zoom lens next time and get some pictures.
A road to Powell River would be great and I hope they do it. Catching the Ferry there sucks. Cheers

Hi Joel,
Hopefully you'll be able to sneak away for a few days again when I go back this Dec. I'm still mapping out the adventure ride for Sept. I have been delayed by all the snow but it's melting fast now though so should be finished over the next few weekends. I have lots more video of Baja that I should go over and put something together. Cheers |

Well in Lillooet where I wanted to go riding this weekend was calling for some rain on Saturday so I didn't plan on going. There was fresh snow in the Mtns too. It still feels like winter some days with the odd sunny days here and there just to tease us. But late Saturday afternoon I was getting riding fever so I decided to ride up to Whistler spend the night and see how it looked in the morning then maybe ride to Lillooet.
Some picks on my way to Whistler. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() My room for the night.

In the morning it was chilly with low clouds and not even able to see the mtns. But what the hell I have gone this far and was hoping by the time I got over the Duffy Lake road I would decend into some better weather.
Whistler in the morning. ![]() ![]() When I got over the pass it cleared right up ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Nothing but sunshine in Lillooet. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Off to go ride along this road where Bridge River and the Fraser River meet. You can sure see how muddy the mighty Fraser River is.

Riding last weekend and it was hot with 38c weather and smokey from a forest fire burning. Riding in this part of BC is almost like riding in the Desert.

Going for 3 day ride this weekend so lots of pics to come. I have started to prep my bike for my trip to Panama too, lots of new goodies on order. My KLR lost 9 lbs by installing one of these new batteries.
![]() ![]() If you get one of these don't throw the foam packaging away I used it so the tiny battery would fit.
