The reason I'm asking is I got a Blackhawk case and while I like the way it holds the mags, I don't like the way it fits over my Wilderness Instructor CSM belt. The belt holes are too thin and it's a huge PITA to pull the belt through it.

If I had a Glawk I would buy one from Wilderness, but their mag cases don't work with my mags.

I might just end up getting another Blackhawk single.
I'm not sure what mags you use but check out X-Concealment's double mag pouch. I just ordered one and should have it this week. I have their C series compact OWB holster that I use with a Wilderness Instructor 1.5 and it threads and fits perfectly on the belt.

They were built to serve the same purpose. The CZ served a lot of years as a NATO duty weapon.
After having shot both, I went with the CZ. For me it was because of the smaller grip size, the ergonomics of the frame and the action was noticeably smoother.

Mine shoots straight and It's fed everything I've thrown in it with out any issues. Needless to say it is one of my favorite guns.

Stock except for the VZ grips.
+!. The CZ 75B is an excellent handgun. Mine ate everything without a single issue. I stupidly sold it a few years ago to a good friend for $300.00. Big mistake!

He wanted a reliable, home/car/travel defense handgun, and a "no clue", gun shop guy had him just about talked into a beat up 92. The Beretta is a good piece, but a look at the one he was going to buy and I offered him my 75B, which was pristine. The CZ will/has served him well. Nothing fired other than at targets, but if need be, it would serve in a SD situation quite well, indeed. The CZ just melts into your hand. Great ergos.

I had my eye on a new rifle at the time, sooooo...... You guys know how that goes.

Thanks.
the GSG 1911 22 is only 339. And you get the whole gun so you don't have to swap the upper and use a real 1911 45 for it to work.

But if you did, you'd have two guns in one.

Instead of two guns.

Please let me know how it fits--it looks like it will do the job just fine.

Edit: also found this paddle pouch from Comp-Tac--I have one of their MTAC holsters and I like it a lot.

I have a gsg 1911, and it's an absolute hoot. Shoots where I want it to pretty much, cheap, hasn't exploded yet, ran through whatever I tossed at it so far.

This one in particular.

It is some kind of alloy...but folks lets remember here the thing is a 22...it does not need more to cope with recoil.

I have had mine for about a year now I guess, and it has god knows how many rounds in it. The only thing I have had to replace is this little rubber washer thingy....and it gets shot more and cleaned less then my 10/22. I have not seen any wear into the metal on mine and is still shooting straight last time I shot it about 3 months ago. I would say if you want a 1911 style 22 this is the way to go.

I was also thinking that the colt 1911 was a tad smaller then the real deal....but I could be thinking of the browning...can't seem to keep anything straight anymore.

The GSG is zinc I believe the frame anyway, slide is aluminum I think. You wouldn't wanna hammer nails with it, or stick a .45 top in it...

I figure why not post up a pic of the GSG and my R1 side by side...they could be kissin cousins

Onr does look a little bigger so I set one on top of the other....I guess kissin cousins was the right term

The frame is aluminum, the slide appears to be cast but I can check mine to see if it is aluminum as well. All the uppers are aluminum. I have about 1000 rounds thru mine and no problems at all except for when I personally broke the ambi safety thru stupidity. They replaced it free even though I did it though!

Here's mine, I love it and carry it round my ranch for pests and to scare off Coyotes or whack them if they get within 50m. All I shoot is Rem bulk from wally or carry Zappers in it and both shoot very well. I was able to chase a golf ball round the ground with it out to about 25m.
