All I know is that I had 3 free tacos at Taco Bell yesterday.

Been a lifelong Yankee fan since my Dad took me to my first game in 1951. It was the transition year from DiMaggio to Mantle. The memory is indelible.

(35-25) Shutout in Atlanta. Nova pitched a great game and is now 8 and 2 on the season. Great management from the bench regarding pitchers. Team RISP was a miserable 1 for 8. Gotta work on that. It's up to CC to keep us in first place tonight.

(36-25) A-Rod ties the game up in the top of the eighth with a Grand Slam and Swisher puts the icing on the cake. Kuroda vs. Hudson tonight.

(37-25) Sweep! Kuroda fans 8 over 6 innings and the bullpen holds on. Granderson with a two run shot seals the deal. Off tonight and the Nationals tomorrow.

(38-25) Hughes goes a solid 6 innings and the offense breaks it open in the top of the 7th. That's seven straight wins.

(39-25) 14 innings, 7 from Pettitte, and the first Yankee win this season without a home run. Poised for a sweep. Risp was a pitiful 2 for 18.

Watched the game on MLB network. My boy says to me, "Daddy, I can hear the l
'Let's go Yankees!' chant in the background," as he claps his hands: clap, clap, clap-clap-clap! That's good training... LET'S GO YANKEES!

There sure were a whole lot of Yankee fans there.
I thought it was Camden Yards.

I was tempted to ride down to one of this weekends games. I found tickets for $25 on Stubhub, but I was a bit too busy to make it happen. But even without me we swept.
BTW if Strasburg was starting any game I would have likely made the trip. The Nats are young and are going to be a good team for a while at the rate they are going. Maybe good enough to win the NL East but not AL East good
