2001 wr250f bought with a street title looking like this. Notice that nothing about this bike is legal.
 Added a plate mount and brake light switch and hit the streets. Still not technically legal but it's enough to get by in MI.

Yup! barely legal...
No rear blinkers, no horn, non-DOT tires, no brake light switch on the front, headlight's only on when running, but it does have a plate.
