Here's the deal.
![]() On a scooter with a flat floorboard, you can get several 12 packs. Flat floorboard scoots RAWK for this sort of thing. On a scooter with the underseat storage, you sorta have to pack 'em loose, but you can usually get a sixer in there for starters then pack loose ones around that. The Super 9 storage area is about the same as a standard factory BMW case. The bigass maxiscoots have more space. On the Stella, you can get a couple 6 or 12 packs across the floorboard if you balance 'em on the footrest and sorta keep 'em in place with your feet, but you'll probably be relying on the front brake only. You can also stuff some in the glovebox. The grocery hook helps, too--whatever bag you can hang on there will stay put. This info is all in the interest of science and furthering scooterism, of course.

Our '84 Honda Spree 50 (49cc) has floorboard storage AND the optional basket on the front. You can't be in a hurry to get your beer anywhere, as the .049hp motor won't exceed walking speed when loaded down with suds.

My Aprilia SR50 would take an 18 pack under the seat. My ET4 takes an 18 pack under the seat with room for ice and all I can fit into my Givi 52 liter top box.
