Oh, my God, those are wonderful photos! What do you know about the bikes? They look like NSUs or early Lambrettas? Durkopp Diana, maybe?

More, more!!

I spotted this one a few weeks back. I really liked the style and lines. I can't remember what it is, anybody else know?

Geez, I don't know. It's got the lines of a Bastert, but I'm not sure.

Here's the one I'm talking about:

Shit, that might be right too. I can't remember. I took the picture at a Old Timer Treffen here in Germany, and there were a bunch of bikes and scooters.

I remember Heinkels on displayalso. Shit, let me go back and look at some of my other pics from that day.

Heinkel Tourist--cool bike! The little square U-shaped thing on its noggin is a fold down rack.

More cool stuff:

And "Little Ant"...one of my faves.

Photog,

Nice additions.

The Goggo is another full skirt scoot that I love.

Scooters..........

These are really cool. Thanks for the look! I can't say I've ever seen a "Full Skirt" scooter before.

Lambretta LD, I bought one in the early 60s when I was 15, I think it cost me 5 pounds. It never ran, it never left the shed, I would go in there and sit on the thing, it was great!

Honda Ruckus!

This thing is a hoot around the neighborhood, and I love the utilitarian look. We live out in the 'burbs, though, so it's hard to take it anywhere without getting run over by inattentive speeding soccer moms in H2s. It needs some hop-up to be a good general town run-about, but that is doable.

Gotta get some good pictures of the Big Ruckus to post...

Not a classic...

But it runs great, and does highway speeds well.
