I dont have a vagina to cool, like some of the, boys, responding here. If you want to stretch out your legs, that is if your legs are man size, you can try the pegs at JC Whitney, about 20. bucks a pair.

Don't forget the King and Queen seat, Apehanger handlebars, and staggered dual exhaust while you're at it! (all also available @ JCW)

I'll take the relief...
Just spent two full days in the saddle riding offroad trails, rocky washes, waterbars, tight switchbacks, gravel, etc... in every position from standing, side to side, tucked... you name it. During the last 45 miles of highway slab back home I was relieved to have a bit of rest for my pounded arches.
Got my highway pegs from JC Whitney. And... like I really care what others think about what I put on my bike for an exhausting adventure trip.

I have some on my 950. Despite the suggestion to just stand up, that isn't always an option, nor does it help if you have arthritis. Some of us have lots of knee and hip problems, and being able to extend your leg can really make a difference. Be glad if you don't have this problem! Wish I had knees that work right!
They sell folding ones at JCWhitney, cheap! http://www.jcwhitney.com/clamp-on-folding-motorcycle-foot-pegs/p2002581.jcwx?filterid=u0j3

Pegs on the 990....
If you ride long enough on the street....it's awful nice to be able to change the leg position once in a while. These are cheap $20 bolt ons. I don't care what they look like, I only care that they work and on the long mile street days.....they work! That's just my opinion, but you know what they say opinions are like.....
