I installed the Euro switch on my 500. It plugs right in. There is an extra wire for the kill button that I didn't hook up because there's no place to connect it unless you splice in to the current kill switch. I didn't do so.

It depends on what you got cited for. If jumping off of curbs got you a warning only (as it did me) you cannot count that.

I started noticing a small drop on power, then more, until I was struggling...
I changed several things at once. First final 10m filter was clogged. Add 20m from KTM and back to wow! Next JD Tuner installed at stock... again wow! I could really feel the difference in low end. The bike is back to scaring the shit out of me... which is why I like it. We had massive amounts of rain, which in fact packs our woods sand. I have perfect conditions this afternoon and I tell ya that bike rocks....and I aint new to this game... Just sayin.... from florida

SteveO- What's the wiring conversion for that switch? The wires don't match up directly and I have to splice it all together so what color wires go to what color wires? What about the extra wire in the factory switch harness?
ETA-It would figure that now that I have this switch in hand, Sicass gets theirs back in stock. |

Sicass Switch
FYI I have had the Sicass switch on my 525 and my 300. Regardless of the racing conditions (horrible, that is, fabulous) the switch did not fail. Further, it just plugged straight into the connectors without difficulty.

how many teeth
I'm in the process of putting on a 14 49 sproket combo. I got a brand new 120 link chain. Here's my question, do I leave all the links on the chain and adjust it from there? Like attach the master link and then try to adjust it.... Then if its too long take off the master link and a link or two? Any one out have a similar setup?
