We weren't expecting the Lambo to buzz by us. Not sure what size the G was either. I was on the wee strom. I saw 95 mph when I let off. Those two were a ways up ahead of me.

This piece of Teutonic technology - which I'll never have because they won't bring it into the States

This:

I put the down payment and traded my goldwing in for it Saturday. I'll be able to pay it fully off and ride home next saturday. I decided to change it up a bit, since I liked the older WG better; I put the pillow seat, taller sissy bar, a solo bag, windshield, and the LED headlight on it. I can't wait to put some serious miles on it.

I think I'll give it another 10 or so years before I start thinking about those.

The stupid kid should have known better, the tall gearing and short wheelbase make it all about the launch, and he was no drag racer. old dude just dumped the clutch and went for it.

Old age and treachery, indeed.

Same here, esp. with fuel prices (at the pump) in the US still about half or less than much of the world, but I do find them interesting.

this one has the 110 mile range, clutchless one speed. One of them actually has a 6 speed. If they were closer to $5k it would be tempting
