Question Custom Fork Springs

Just to pass on some info.....

I had some custom fork springs for some R100GS's made up to be 30% stiffer than standard, but still linear (ie. not progressive). The springs are full length, so I can use small pre-load spacers and have plenty of scope for fine tuning. I wanted the springs to take a much heavier load (all up weight of about 1000lbs) and to match the higher rated rear springs I've fitted to the bikes. Needless to say I've fitted Gold Valves to the bikes :)

I sent them a stock linear spring and a new progressive so they could measure and test.

The turnaround was about a week and the price was about $130 a set. They give a discount for a first time customer.
