On a camping trip this past weekend through West Virginia on Hwy 20, I ended up in this gas line at the only gas station in Quinwood. There were and still are wide spread electrical outages in WV due to the recent storms. I had planned on getting gas in Rainell but the whole town was out of electricity. I made it to Quinwood with less than 15 miles left in the tank. I pulled in to wait ever how long it took to get some gas. Luckily it was only 30 minutes or so. Someone brought a generator which was hooked up to the pumps. Gas was cash only with a $20 limit.
At the tail end of the line ![]() My Gas Line Buddies. Great bunch of people there in Quinwood. ![]() Getting closer with fingers crossed ![]() The Savior ![]() Thought about checking for gas a la Mad Max. Luckily at 54 mpg I didn't get that desperate.
