Modesto to Moab - looking for NV DS routes

I am heading to the Rawhyde event in Moab in September. The ride plan is just starting to come together. I have 4 days to get to Moab and am looking to ride offroad on my way across Nevada.

Does anyone have tracks/routes to recommend?

Plan is VERY flexible. I figured:
Day1 = Modesto to Tonopah.
Day 2 = Tonopah to Ely?
Day 3 = ??
Day 4 = arrive in Moab

Anyone have some advice to offer?
