Number one.

I ran out of all purpose flour so this one is all bread flour. I need to let the others get a bit darker. This one is for me, though, and I like them like this.

We're building a house, and I'm putting one of these in the backyard. Next summer, we could plan an ADV baking/beer drinking party

Jim, I've been thinking about building one of those at the farm. There are plans on the web for a clay version.

As in KLR cheap clay version.

Terrible overexposed pic. A little browner wouldn't hurt though. It was yummy.
