I usually know I have it just where I want it when people start asking me if it is too loose

re: the T63. Unfortunately it doesn't work for me... I really don't like how it handles the weight when it is pressed hard (sadly.. because I had high hopes for it).

I haven't decided what to try next yet

Is that a moose racing wind screen? I just got mine and the holes don't line up. I have the stock, rally, touring and custom carbon one that all fit no problem but not this one.... I also have the safari tanks but since all the other screens fit perfect, I'm thinking it's the screen....

No that is my cut down stock screen, inspired by the Yellow Pig version.

The top of the screen is about 5" above the dash.

I took the T-63 off after a few weeks. It had sucha terrible feel to it, I thought maybe I had received a bad tire. I decided to go with the Pirelli MT-21. It has worked well so far (about 3000 miles).

I have the Moose Racing windscreen and had no problems with the holes lining up. Perhaps you received an out-of-spec windscreen.

Thanks:)

Yes it is.

And not only it's easy on the eyes, but it turns night into a sunny day:) The (Hella) HID high-beam is amazing in this kit:)

Yep. Didn't ride the bench. had some time pressure on this part of the trip but your reports among others convinced me that this was a must-stop. Shot up the pavement and back out the same way. Yes, I rode 700 miles to ride that 13 miles of dirt....and liked it!

Spent the night, got stormed on, headed out early am to continue the trip.

Cant wait to return with my kids. Great place!

Tried a 908 front yet? Damn rubbery machine of death over 70mph when it's new but once the knobs have the sharp edges rounded off it's a pretty good street knobbie. I loved the Karoo on the front but it didn't last long at all. The sidewall was so stiff that when I changed it I got pissed off and wound up cutting the tire off, bead and all. I could not remove that tire with irons for the life of me.

Went scouting a few days ago for the 2013 ADV Eastern Rendezvous ride I'll be leading. Roan Mountain just below Carver's Gap.

OK Geek, what lens were you testing? The photos look great and the depth of field was short to highlight the bike. Nice touch! I shoot the Nikon D3S and have been playing around with photos of my orange KTM 990. Nothing good enough to post but I'm working on it.
