Rally Moto Deer Collision - What to do if you crash during a race...

Just wanted to share one of the many spectacular things that happened at my trip to race Rally WV 2012 at Snowshoe Mountain WV this past weekend. Check out the whole race thread

And my spectacular deer encounter here:

Disclamer: This is a closed road with race staff watching every point of entry to prevent any traffic. I don't condone crossing the yellows when riding open roads.

I guess I should report that due to ATGATT philosophy I came away without even a bruise. Hard shell knee guards and a full armor top under the jacket kept me unbroken.

I was still on the clock for that stage of the rally so I wanted to get to the finish ASAP. I would have pushed it to the finish if I had to. I bet some spectators would have joined in since there was only like 1/4 mile left.

I've got to toughen up a bit.. It took me longer to get up from my CPU monitor after watching that the it took for you to get going again !!!

That was an awesome video nonetheless.. It should be captioned " like a boss" when you tore ass away!

Disclamer: This is a closed road with race staff watching every point of entry to prevent any traffic...it's an awesome event...I recommend everyone try it...I'll post up some of the videos of the other 12 stages soon as proof of how fun it is to bomb down public roads knowing there is no oncoming trafffic!!!
