10.00 Dollar room in Quevedo, Ecuador
 The room varied from sub-freezing to hot tropical humidity. Thanks to the ice blowing A/C. It got so cold I had to unplug it, then of course I would start to sweat my ass off, then had to plug it in again. Repeat process all night every half hour.

A mate and I spent the night in the Cheviot jail once...This tiny building was converted into 2-3 very basic cabins. Out room is on the right - the window actually belongs to another "room". By the time we had our gear inside we'd run out of floorspace and had to take to the bunks...
