I have another batch ready to go. This new design allows the mounting of my new (or anybody else's) side racks!

I made up a set of side racks for my DRZ-S. Since I don't have any soft side bags, I added some Givi hardware to the rack and hung some E21's that I have. I put loops on for when I can get some Wolfman Expedition Dry Saddlebags. The loops hold their metal retaining buckles. Any type of side bags will work with the racks. I'll be offering these in the near future for $189.00. They will all come with the loops. The Givi mounts will be an extra charge.

I've got one DRZ-S top rack left, and I'll have a new batch ready in about a week or so. I'll be making some DRZ-S side racks soon too.
If anyone wants a price for shipping to their country, just PM me and I'll get right back to you. DRZ-S Top Rack shipping charges are: USA = $14.00 Canada = $38.00 United Kingdom = $58.00 Australia = $58.00

Tom, those turned out very well. (I saw them mounted to the bike a couple of days ago.) The E21 is a rugged and handy little side case that's not too costly. I'm sure those will be popular.
That set-up and a duffel over the top rack could keep you comfy on the road for weeks! How's the progress on the E? I'm itching to get it back and ride.

I'm dying to try the E21's off road. I'm not a fan of hard cases on off road bikes, but as far as plastic cases go, the E21's are soft, rounded, flexible and very light weight. I like the top loading and rain proof features too. And they'll each hold a 12 pack and a bag of ice with room to include some food too. Sent you a PM regarding R&D on your moto.

Send Tom (Jackpiner57) a PM with what you want. He's still working on his web site. He's very good about returning calls and messages.

Hi Wolfman, like Canuman said (thanks Tim!), I don't have a website yet. I take orders by PM for now.
I sold the last rack in stock today and will be making more next week. I will post up here when they're ready to ship. I do have a used older design rack that is the same as the new racks except the flatbar brackets do not go behind the subframe tabs like the new ones do. It has the bungee loops and the mounting plate for the RotopaX Pack Mount. It doesn't allow attachment of side racks like the new ones do. If you want it I'll sell it for 70.00 and 14.00 shipping. Thanks, Tom

This top rack on my bike is for sale. It has a nice textured finish. Like all my racks, it has a threaded mounting plate for bolting the RotopaX Pack Mount right on.
The price is $114.00 shipping included.

Jack
Got the rack today. Looks great. Went to install it and your instructions say to "leave the OEM black spacers in place" I don't have the OEM tool kit (just bought the bike and the PO didn't have it). There was allen bolts with nuts going thru the fender and frame but no spacers. I looked on a parts fiche and didn't see any spacers there either. Got a pic of one? How important are they?

I used a couple of Cap Nuts I had laying around as spacers.
