Yes! we will meet at Spec Pond and Ride a LONG loop to explore and lay out tracks for the Turkey Trot. This will be a DIRT ride FASTBURN from what I can tell so far. It may even be eppic if eveyone has time to do 100 miles...

BTW if we go the long run there will be areas you have never seen..

Skid = I have the feeling you are going pure single track on us...not that there is anything wrong with that...

You dont quit riding when you get old, you get old when you quit riding.
I don't always ride street bikes, but when I do I prefer VStroms

People like you dont get "out" unless something really drastic happens (like getting married)... you got to much love for the sport to be OUT...

Skid How hard did you hit that tree.

The little Metro behind the DR in south fl looks fun, not very woods ready though.

Lots of good twisties, a trip through Defuniak Springs, a stop at Red Bay Grocery (for Fried Chicken Lunch) the back West down 20 to Niceville and back up to Spec.

Fantastic day...

See Tracks below

For those of you who dont really want to ride the sands of Eglin, come on out and join the Trot BEAST Ride..

Well I hit it so hard I think my grandkids felt it. Felt like I got shot w/ a .44 magnum at point blank range whilst wearing a bullet proof vest... It was hard enough to convince me to buy additional chest protection.

XR650R fork rebuild

Gentlemen,

My XR650R needs a fork rebuild. I have new springs and would like to re stack the shims and drill out the orign valve according to Borynack specs etc.

Does anyone know of a worth while idividual/suspension shop that can do this in the area?

Scott

Bob Riker of R&R Racing, 1144 West Nine Mile Road, 850-473-0393

I have gotten several unsolicited and unrelated positive referrals for Mr. Riker.
