Skid How hard did you hit that tree.

The little Metro behind the DR in south fl looks fun, not very woods ready though.
Well I hit it so hard I think my grandkids felt it. Felt like I got shot w/ a .44 magnum at point blank range whilst wearing a bullet proof vest... It was hard enough to convince me to buy additional chest protection.

XR650R fork rebuild

Gentlemen,

My XR650R needs a fork rebuild. I have new springs and would like to re stack the shims and drill out the orign valve according to Borynack specs etc.

Does anyone know of a worth while idividual/suspension shop that can do this in the area?

Scott

Bob Riker of R&R Racing, 1144 West Nine Mile Road, 850-473-0393

I have gotten several unsolicited and unrelated positive referrals for Mr. Riker.

Beasty Ride

Vic, Wayne said he's not hurting too bad to do a beasty street ride, and I'm slowly trying to recover too, so he and I could meet up with you guys some day soon and do that. You can show us around on some of your favorite twisties while Wayne rehabs back into the dirt riding. His Blackbird is awesome, and my ZRX is lots of fun on the asphalt. Just let us know a day or two ahead of time and we will be there. We really enjoyed riding that day with you guys at Karick and hope to do more of that type of stuff and more in the near future. You guys rock!

Sure we can do that. All kinds of Beast rides... Weather is getting better and better.

I would say lets plan on next week but we have a storm coming...

I was wondering why more of you "retired" OFFs didnt join us yesterday for a ride.

BTW - OFFs are Old Florida Farts
