last year we had a little bit of both. some of us experienced slightly higher water levels than others.


this is just about the terminus of 9 miles. the chasm after this one didn't seem to have an opposite end to it.


at this point it was about a 6' drop to get into the destruction. we couldn't see the opposite side where we would come out at, and that was after walking an 1/8 of a mile into it. the decision to turn around semed to be the logical one!


alternatively if someone who is in the know in regards to the area steps up to the challenge of DS cat herder i just might blindly follow them.
