I'm sticking with him massing maybe 40 gm and the added mass of the cell phone due to it ringing, over weighted him on the right side. His left knee was on fire due to a passing fire truck. The ringing of the phone was so loud that it disturbed the atmosphere sufficiently to 'blow out' (his words) the fire on his knee saving him.

I might rethink the bike you are riding if you cant dismount without a trip to the hospital, phone or not.
So many riders seem to get hung up riding big or huge heavy bikes that fall over/they drop/crash.

I am a serious clutz, just ask my wife, but I have not dropped a bike on the street in 35+ years.
When I had a big heavy bike, I almost dropped it with the wife on the back when my foot slipped on some sand, and I realized that such a heavy bike was a pain in the butt and got rid of it.

I was expecting min to say he was sideswiped by a car or something. Sometimes the stupidest and simplest moves can cause you severe damage. Screwed up my back once by turning my shoulders to grab a piece of paper from behind me, took weeks to get it back to liveable.

I don't think so. I think he had a top box on a rack in the rear of his bike. This is clearly the case as he said:

When I have a top bag on the rear of my seat

That suggests to me a trunk like a Gold Wing trunk or a top box at the rear of his seat as he says above. Also, when you dismount, you don't swing your foot over your tank - you swing it to the back of the bike.

Then he said:

The front wheel has spokes. Not tyre. Somehow the cell phone also fell forward - I thought a cager might have hit him from the rear but not so.

His writing style is very cryptic, yet he somehow expects everyone to exactly know what happened. I assumed he was hit by a car while sitting on the bike, since he appear to have knocked himself out and could hear screaming as he awoke. Upon re-read, I agree that he may have tipped his bike over on to himself, by not paying attention when he was dismounting.

He either writes very poorly or is purposely being obtuse.
