The UK Franchise has gone bust but the DE parent company is doing fine (AFAIK) and there is rumor that the DE parent company is going to pick up what is left of the UK franchise network.

HG should still be available for a while yet.

They are doing fine here in DE.... HQ is about five minutes from work, I am there once a month or so. Everything seems normal.
