Borderlands 2 guys.
Keep your eye out for a "Michael Mamaril" NPC once you reach Sanctuary, he'll give you a blue gun every time you see him after going back into Sanctuary. Gearbox did a cool thing honoring a fan that died from cancer. http://www.g4tv.com/thefeed/blog/pos...-awesome-loot/ Here's the locations I've found him at so far: Mad Moxxi's Bar (beside the juke box) Mad Moxxi's Bar (hanging out near the slot machines) Marcus' Store Scooter's Garage (under the stairs) alleyway near Claptrap's secret stash next to the Black Market Dealer standing beside the News Kiosk Most of the guns I've been using in the game have come from Michael. With a few I won at the slot machines. Is it just me or is the loot in the game weak compared to B1? 99% of the guns I've found that were dropped by foes, looted from boxes, vending machines, or quest rewards can't beat the guns I'm getting from Michael or the slot machine. |

Good looking out, I am picking this up on the way home tonight. I did not buy the first Borderland, but I am going to give this one a try. It looks like a fun game, though I am really waiting for the Assassins Creed to come out.

Dishonored was not on my radar, just looked at it and I'm excited. Bethesda games are like crack to me. This should be good.

Yup! Dishonored only came to my attention a couple of months ago and only because I was looking through Bethesda's site for any sign of the next Fallout. Quote:

I haven't been playing any games lately but all the Borderlands 2 talk got me to buy it. I never played the first one so it is all new to me but I'm loving it so far. Started out with a Commando (I think) guy who gets the gun turret skill and then decided I wanted to try the Siren out, she is harder for me to play but lots of fun. Only thing is I also have Torchlight 2 and it is also a great game, kinda what I was looking for in Diablo 3 and it is taking gaming time as well.

Sometimes, I really hate xbox.
The two hours I should have spent playing skyrim this morning were instead spent trying to get that pos xbox live crap to work. No idea why, but it seems like every six months, someone somewhere flips a switch, and my xbox, wireless router, and internet get in to a fight and quit playing together. It usually involves a lot of system resets, and start from scratch to get it all working again, then having to update all the other devices in the house to the new settings. This time, no joy. I give up. I don't use xbox live anyway, just the kids do. I'll let them figure it out. ![]() First world problem, I know. ![]() And I finally decided at level 40, it was time to move the game along to actually have dragons in it. Been having so much fun doing other things I had forgot all about the main quest.

My less than 2 year old PS3 has died I think.
Won't read discs anymore. Maybe 1 out of 10 times you put a game in you can play it. As for Blu ray movies, they don't even register. Had my old one for 5 years, gave it to my kid and a few months later it was broken. Hate to spend the money on another PS3 this soon.

![]() My son said he got it to play for a while tonight, but you can hear the drive "tracking" a lot. And it still won't read movies. |

Remember when you used to be able to run a console all day for years and still end up having to put it in a garage sale to get rid of it?

I have a first gen Nintendo (box set with the robot) it still works.
More than 20 years old. Now I can't get 2 years out of a PS3, even tho my PS1 and 2 still work. I couldn't even guess as to how many hours are on that Nintendo. |
