Stand on the pegs - then swing a leg over? Easy enough getting on the bike but always feels weird on the dismount to me.

Thinking about adding a topbox to my little dr250 but imagine myself tripping over it daily.
Every bike I've had either had a sissy bar, or a top trunk. Most of the time I've just bent my leg enough to avoid kicking it. I tried the standing on the pegs method when I had the goldwing, with the backrest, but found it easier to just "kick" towards and over the seat, then just kinda hop towards the bike till I was sitting on it. Isn't pretty, but it works.
