Am I cheating because it's a race bike?

Wonder how the lap times compare to the 4 wheel racers?

Drastically slower. Cars don't pop up on 2 wheels easily, the steering isn't welded to the front wheel, and there is no one on the roof climbing around to balance it. There's no comparison when putting a stopwatch. 4-wheels is the way to go if you want low lap times, but those guys are sitting in a roll cage, what's the fun in that?

Roll cages are for pussies!

Even at slower speeds side car racing must be the most intense - pilot or passenger. The only thing that requires bigger nuts are Motocross sidecars.... or maybe a bobsled with a sidecar.

Yeah Ive never done sidecarcross but I passengered on one at pikes peak. Nthey are a handful. Its much more physical. Road racing sidecars is much more intense than when i raced solo. It might be more intense racing F1 cars because of how fast it happens and how low to the ground you are, but having to managewhat the passenger is doing with all the other things going on makes it totally unique. A good passenger is worth 4-5 sec a lap.

Those front forks don't look beefy enough, but apparently, looks are deceiving!
