Official 2012 Motocross of Nations thread

Well, the 2012 edition of the Motocross of Nations kicks of Sept 30th in Lommel Belgium. It's a sand track so the Euro's should have a pretty good advantage. Team USA hasn't been picked yet so who's everyone think should go. Here is my pick out of the guys currently racing.

Dungey - MX-1
Baggett - MX-2
Barcia - MX-3(On a 450)

Barcia was on par with RV and Dungey last year at southwick so that's my reasoning for picking him. Plus the Euros will be out to get him after his Paris Supercross antics last winter.

If Villopoto and Stewart weren't hurt I'd probably pick it this way.

Villopoto - MX-1
Barcia - MX-2
Dungey - MX-3

Stewart is fast as hell on a sand track but I'd be afraid he'd wad himself up.

This was the best my point-n-shoot could do from where I was standing.

Anyone know if it will be on TV or a webcast?

I highly doubt it'll be broadcast in the USA. ESPN will probably have some poker tournament or something instead.....

Shoot, I don't get that damn channel! I'm on UVerse and it looks like I need a different package to get that channel. I do get NBC Sports Network, which is where some of the outdoor nationals were broadcast... but looks like CBS Sports is in a different package so I won't get to watch Motocross of Nations.

Same here. Looked all over for it last night but it looks like I don't get that channel either.

CBS Sports Network has that 6:00 pm time slot marked as Motorsports Hour and flat tracking racing.....maybe they just forgot to change the title of the program.
