Food for thought for other states.
I'm not sure how other no helmet states work, but in Pennsylvania you are still required by law
to wear some type of eye protection at all times. I personally have a modular helmet and still wear some type of eyewear all the time. I periodically like to keep something open just for that lil bit of extra air.

The thing about safety glasses at Home Depot is that you can be relatively sure that they've passed tests for impact resistance and will be effective, even if they look dorky. The same can not be said for random no-name glasses or goggles from online sellers on auction sites. abnslr screwed with this post 09-16-2012 at 11:54 AM Reason: adding extra shit |

Go buy a pair of clear safety glasses, often find them in the hunting section of Wally's, Target, Harbor Frt, Nothern Tools, etc.

Lol!! I agree with you, full face helmet is sooo much better, my only reasoning was I wanted a motorcycle helmet that was close to the Raiders helmet... Put the emblems on... But when it's cold.. The open face stinks.... And the neoprene masks stink...(My kids little league football team is the raiders).... I sometimes ride to his games...it's all in fun...
