I would hate to be in a position in which I was so in fear for my life that I need to pull out a pistol, but if that ever happend there would be no warning shot....or shooting at something, or pistol whipping. There would be two to the chest and one to the head and there the threat would be over. Pulling a gun as a threat is a chicken shit move.

I feel safe as I have been pulled over in my driveway....twice...county sheriff on the other hand, we're just a bit too far south.

its always been my opinion that if you pull out any kind of weapon...gun, knife, baseball bat...then you had damned well be 100% ready to use it.

will it really be like in the picture? I count 9 hot women and only 2 guys...thats a male to female ratio I can truly get behind.

The pistol whip thing is kind of lame. Especially for a GS rider. I could see a guy on a klr doing it though, cause shit man, bullets are expensive.

I'm old enough to remember Jim Stillwagon, the OSU football player. He wasn't just an average player, but a 2 time All American defensive lineman who played on the 1968 national championship team. In his senior year he was the Outland trophy winner, as well as the first Lombardi award recipient. He was also named defensive player of the year by UPI.

All that being said, I hope he gets fair, but not favorable treatment by the legal system. From the initial reports, his actions don't seem justified and if he's found guilty, will constitute yet another black mark on all of us who ride.

Just think of the street cred you GS riders will have now. I mean GS bikes(especially the ADV version) already look like armored tanks; and now the public will realize they have the firepower to back up their looks. Can you imagine the intimidation factor if m/c clubs like the Outlaws, or Hells Angels adopted ADV GS's as their bike of choice?

I guess the stock exhaust would never do, however.

You sure about that, or could it count against OSU football instead? They seem to like tattoos and drugs, why not add gun violence.
