Hey, I'm back! I was dark there for a couple of weeks.

A hard drive started failing a couple of weeks ago. It was on the firewall and backup machine. Though before I noticed, the corrupted drive wasn't performing automatic daily backups for quite some time. Which I found out after I restored the old data to a freshly reformatted drive that used to contain the current data.

It was a mess, but it looks like I have the majority of the 'most recent' data put back together. I mean, data from two weeks to six weeks back was lost due to the reformat, but that's far better than a total loss. The biggest issue is some lost email and recent work, which is minor in comparison.

I'm back at the bench, here right now in fact. I hope to have a batch shipped by Monday.

Has this been asked before?? If I am still bringing the bike to the shop for service do I need to remove this before hand? Will it screw up any computerized testing they do?
