Doesn't really matter, it was strictly made to break a record and dick around with some concepts. It was never intended to be a production model.

im guessing you have to shut the lot off, cant stop just the props because they are the "tail rotors", and who wants to climb in or out with a pair of 15' woodchippers next to you?

The province is broke so we're not holding our breath. Another 100 HP would certainly help though. The drivetrain is different from the current B3, B4 so there wouldn't be any commonality. I'm wondering what sort of retirement life is on the various spinning bits up top. The star has a shorter retirement life on the B4 than the B2 because of the increased gross weight.

Haven't had a star get to 1,000hours yet on a B4. The bushings on the end of the star arms suffer bonding failures.

Yeah they're asking a lot from that head, lots has changed since the straight B
