I wonder if I could fit one of those beef pies in to the diet. surely one night off couldnt hurt. They do sell cascade light there dont they.

Yeah mate, bucket loads - just not usually with the Pies though, you know - lifestyle changes and all!

Get a lift down with the jeweller......he's got a full time driver.
