They serve a nice purpose though, it seems those are the drivers that are more likely to be a jackass to a rider.

Nope -- the KZ had a very similar tail piece (a hair longer than the Suzuki's), but the KZ did not have the large, obnoxious DOT red side reflectors the GS models carried that you can see in the pic.

Apparently you missed the 20 pages of how many fingers per lever diversion. Or the other 20 pages on car tires. Try to keep up.

Yeah but the twenty pages on the bitchiness of the ADVpublic is coming up next!

Avert!

Not much fail in this weeks highlights. This is about the best I noticed.

Although I do wonder when this guy's going to start turning..

I could deal with having one of these, would make a nice grocery getter. (think of all the beer that would fit in the hack!)

Good technique, ride right, save your life. Late apexing keeps you on the right side of the road on exit. Wish everybody rode this way. Or maybe he's just target fixated...

Amen, I don't see a late apex, just telephoto depth compression, in fact, he hasn't apexed at all, late turn in, maybe.. He is right about where he should be. I wonder how the HD drivers I have seen on this thread manage not to crash when they are all up on the inside line 1/2 mile before the apex. The rider pictured will probably clip the line a little past the 1/2 way point around the turn, again, good technique as he retains the option to stay wide if something comes unannounced into his path.

I think he 's watching the 3 hogs coming the other direction to see how far over the line on his side they get before he starts his turn.
