Best riding in North America.....bar none!!!!

1. Adventure Riding
2. Dual-Sport Riding
3. Single/Double Track
4. Canyon Carving on the tarmac
5. Big 300-400 miles loops
6. Easy Forest Service and BLM (maintained) dirt roads to ride the big bikes...forever

I think the biggest lesson I learned last year is that the word "easy" is completely subjective...

Lots of time between now and then..... 3 kids can derail the best of plans. Worst case- I know where to go riding up there. I'll check back after June.

I am in! Of course with the usual exceptions of personal injury, destroyed bike, kiddo issues, etc..
I will do what i can to help for this next year, since it is in the backyard, short trips to Silverton are easy, especially once Ophir pass is open. Big John, feel free to PM me about what you need.

I also want to either lead a ST ride or work with Modette on his Calico mission. I have visions of a BIG day, something along the lines of highway to DMR, Bolam over to 145, Winter Trail up to Calico, down either Priest or just run Calico out, lunch at the Enterprise in Rico, East Fork ST back to Bolam and back to camp....or if we want longer, find a way to incorporate the Wilson Mesa ST towards Woods Lake, then run over towards Dunton and work into Calico that way....just thoughts right now...but i want a big day of decent technical riding...there would be enough slab between sections to get a little break....A ride like this would need to have small numbers and decent skills, so we would need to gauge interest and plan accordingly.
I also need to follow on a Lost Creek ride, i had to duck out early on that ride, and was bummed, but it was an on call weekend and work called. At least i got to commute over Black Bear and return via East Fork, so it wasn't a total loss..

KnobbyKnife

I'm not sure who got the Knobbyknifes this year but if you had a chance to try them please post up. Because these guys are a small grass roots company and I like to support the little guy as much as possible and we all would like to hear how you liked this product.

It's why I asked if they could sponsor RMAR again and they said YES. Also they are willing to offer us a deal for ADVRider & RMAR members.

www.knobbyknife.com

Buy a KnobbyKnife and get a free pair of goggles or digital tire gauge for the month of November and December.

Support these guys, they seem to be bending over backwards to help us out. So lets help them out.
