I'm not sure what the cause is Matt. I couldn't find any leaks around the intake tract. And I rode the bike just a few days before Wil did without any trouble. He just got the luck of being on it when it went sour.

The dog is very glad to be back home.

Great day of hog baseball and cooking today. 2 full briskets, 2 pork shoulders pulled, 10lbs meat loaf, 48 brats, beans, pepperoni bread, a few pies. Fed about 60 folks. Beautiful day outside.

Vic and I are in Jacksonville, FL attending a conference this weekend. The weather's been great.

This is the view from the 8th floor.



I woke up Saturday morning and was getting dressed to go downstairs to my meeting when I heard a scree from outside the window. when I drew back the curtain, I was greeted by an osprey eagle perched on our rail. Vic and I watch him for a few minutes before he dropped off the rail and glided across the river.


We're heading home tomorrow. I am ready to get home.

My buddy from the coast was here last weekend, we played guitars until my fingers were sore..

this alvarez you worked on for me, really has impressed me, I like it more and more.

Put a set of 13 strings on it, and the upper end only got brighter, now I realize, I need to swap out the upper 3 strings with smaller ones.

Buddy also gave a me a pic punch, its cool, any credit card, or plastic sheet I can cut into a pick...

he was laughing at me, as I ran around the house chewing up every card I could find and turning into a pick.

Hopefully you can make it next april to the guitar playing shindig where we mostly just camp, and drink beer.

Cool. I do like sitting around and playing tunes for hours on end. I played for 2 1/2 hours Saturday night with another acoustic guitarist. We did a buncha old songs so much that someone tagged us as The Old Guys Rock n Roll Show.

I'm up for a campout with beer and tunes. I'll bring the backpacker geetar and a tent. I'll be ready.

I like it, but I do not remember being able to find that model later when I looked.

I will buy one, and carry it with me...
