Thanks for keeping us posted Jason, I'm glad all are okay. JMLatvalafan3 has done his usual excellent job of posting footage of the WRC action on Youtube.

How about Novikov's roll followed by Latvala's?

I gave up on Speed a long time ago, I just download torrents and enjoy commercial free coverage.
Being Latvala van I'm really not enjoying this season. He is super fast and inconsistent. On top of that, he is the most unlucky guy I have ever seen in motorsports, so on good days when he doesn't crash out his car lets him down. Besides JM nobody is able to fight with Loeb. Solberg is fast but is missing that edge you need to have to win rallies, Loeb's teammate is quietly building points for the team and there is nobody left. It's pathetic how short a list of potential winners is. The only guy with enough speed to challenge Loeb is stuck in JWRC until 2012. I do not like Seb V2, but he is super talented and fast. With the above said, WRC needs help. More WRC teams, perhaps new rules similar to CRT in Moto GP, anything to have more competitive e cars. Who the hell wants to watch a championship where only 2-3 people have realistic chance of winning?

I love to watch the WRC and being in Canada it is not easy, but thanks to the internet I can whenever.
But as I turn on my computer to watch it I am always hoping that someone else will be scrapping it out for first place. But it never seems to happen unless Loeb has a problem (almost never) the man never seems to make a mistake. I like Solberg ever since he was with Subaru and pulled a rabbit out of his hat and won the championship. He is dedicated to the sport and works so hard to be where he is today. Given a factory ride I had hoped he would have done better, but he has made a few mistakes and bad luck seems to follow him. Maybe it is the car and not the driver but I am not so sure anymore. They seem to be trying to level the field and make it cheaper for teams to compete and it is kinda working. I will keep watching just to see when and if Loeb falls from grace and will Seb2 be the next??? So long Finns to win then.

My personal agenda on how to improve the WRC appeal: 1st. Pension Loeb off. 2nd. Ban electronic diffs and suspensions. 3rd. Destroy and bury the reminders of all engine restrictors. 4th. Include in the calendar a winter rally in the US. 5th. Take me as passenger on any stage of any rally. I don't care which one.

It looks like WRC is about to disappear. With Mini factory team pulling out last week and now Ford announcing that they are gone from 2013 WRC, we are now left with one manufacturer - Citroen. VW involvement is still questionable, and new Hyundai WRC machine is not exactly ready. Unless FIA makes some dramatic changes, the series is pretty much gone ;(

Couldn't have said it better. Bring back Groupe B!! Put some real men in the drivers seats. I was a real fan of Loeb a few years ago (even got to shake his hand once) but it's getting old and it would be nice to see some stiff competition. It was a sad day when Sainz left WRC.
