Stout stuff for sure. My daughter hit a moose in an FJ60 and it tore the mirror off. ![]() This is the 45 in my garage now. I'll be peddling it soon. I rec'd notice from the in-house commander that of the 6 cars and trucks here, 4 of them are mine and I'm the only one parking in the garage. Word is that that's changing right quick. Can't blame her. I also have this. Not a cruiser but it's in a similar family. Oh, and this, too.

I used to own a '85 FJ60 and I wish I'd never sold it. My parents still have a '88 FJ62 (bought new, 230k and counting), a '89 FJ62 (cherry) and a '87 FJ60 which gets beat on as a farm truck.

Got a '70 and '73 FJ40 here, neither are in running condition right now. Lots of rust, but everything is there, and complete. I'll try and dig up a couple photos later.

I've posted this awhile back when I did my Saddlesore. Came across it through a small town off 395.

1988...
FJ62, like the FJ60's but they came with an automatic transmission, power windows and the uber cool double rectangular headlights. 198,000 on it, had to have the head replaced due to previous owners incredibly bad maintenance plan.
Drive it to film sets regularly and I always get a ton of positive comments. Future plans include a new windshield, some reupholstered front seats, transfer case rebuild and a mild suspension lift with some 16" wheels and AT tires.
